The Size Crusade deploys four surgical squads — the Chirurgeons — who specialize in identifying bloated files, god-classes, and monolithic components, then splitting them with the precision of a master Biologis performing augmetic surgery.
How the Crusade Operates

File sizes are measured and catalogued. The bloated are identified.

No file shall exceed 500 lines without justification APPROVED by the Fabricator-General. 'It just grew' is NOT justification. 'We kept adding sacred rites' is NOT justification. 'It has always been this way' is TECH-HERESY.
God-classes are ABOMINATIONS — corrupted machine spirits that do ten things when they should do ONE. If you need 'and' to describe its function, the scalpel is already in the Chirurgeon's hand.
Functions over 40 lines are SUSPICIOUS. Over 80 lines are CONDEMNED to the forge-recycler.
